FR. THOMAS HANNA
Fr. Thomas was born in Ottawa, Canada in 1978. He graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).
He served at St. Mary’s Coptic Orthodox Church in Ottawa as a youth servant as well as member of the church board. He helped in the establishment of St. Mark and St. Mary of Egypt Coptic Orthodox Church of Ottawa (January 2011), and served the new church until he was ordained as a priest for the altar of St. Maurice and St. Verena Coptic Orthodox Church in Markham on August 20th, 2017 by H.H Pope Tawadros II.
Fr. Thomas is the proud husband to Amira and proud father to Matteo, Mikaella (Mika), and Luka. He loves playing hockey, soccer, basketball…pretty much any sport and really enjoys trying new restaurants 🙂
