The Coptic community in North America and around the world, celebrated the enthronement of H.G. Bishop David over the newly created diocese of New York and New England during the weekend of December 7 & 8, 2013. The celebration which took place in Long Island, NY was attended by eleven bishops and tens of priests and monks from different parts in North America. Fr. Daniel and Fr. Pishoy travelled to NY especially to be part of this celebration and to thank H.G. Bishop David for his pastoral care to our congregation over many years. We congratulate His Grace from the bottom of our hearts and pray for a fruitful ministry in the new diocese.
