On Saturday, June 8, the deacons of SMSV enjoyed an outing where they went bowling at the World Bowl in Richmond Hill followed by a barbecue at Richmond Green Sports Centre and Park. Father Pishoy and Father Daniel joined the deacons at the barbecue and gave an inspirational talk on being good deacons. This was followed by a discussion in which a number of good suggestions were made. Such outings provide a wonderful opportunity for good fellowship, fun, and spiritual activities.
