Blessed is He who comes in the name of The Lord!

With palms in hand, we came together to welcome our Lord Jesus into Jerusalem, and our lives, as King. The festivities started on Saturday night, with vespers, followed by palm weaving and fellowship. On Sunday, we rejoiced in the Divine Liturgy, and ensured that our children participated and delighted in the processions, while asking the coming King to soothe the aching hearts of our siblings in Egypt and protect them. This was followed by our yearly petting zoo tradition where both young and old got to enjoy interacting with donkeys, sheep, goats, llamas, and rabbits. We thank God for a glorious day of celebration, beautiful weather, fun and laughs.
