It has become an annual habit for the church to offer a Marriage Preparation Course during the Holy Lent. The 6 week series started on March 2, 2014 with an introduction to the Foundations of Orthodox Christian Marriage. Fr. Pishoy led the session through ice breakers, a biblical and patristic presentation and a discussion based on a survey which was filled by all participants. We thank the Lord for all our diverse young couples who are preparing for the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony and we pray that our Lord would strengthen their bond and that they would build a strong foundation for their relationship based on the Scriptures and teachings of the Church.
