The Annual Thanksgiving Retreat was held at the beautiful White Oaks Resort in Niagara-on-the-Lake on October 9 & 10, 2011. Our beloved guest Fr. Anthony Messeh led the sessions which were entitled“Happily Ever After”. The theme focused on building strong relationships, fidelity in marriage, and faithful households. During the retreat, the participants were made aware of the martyrdom of Copts which occurred on the October 9th. A prayer meeting was held to remember the martyrs who lost their lives, to pray for their families, to pray for our mother Church in Egypt, and for our beloved father H.H. Pope Shenouda III. We pray for the continuous protection of all Christians throughout the world.
