The church held a Community Movie Night at Brebeuf School on Saturday, November 9th for everyone to join and invite friends. Featuring the movie Courageous, the plot was about four men whose calling was to serve and protect. When tragedy struck home, these men were left wrestling with their hopes, fears, faith, and fathering. Protecting the streets was second nature while raising their children in a God-honouring way was courageous. Father Daniel, the congregation and fellow guests enjoyed a brief discussion hosted by the Men’s Ministry; a Small Groups testimony by Marian Shehata; a Come and See meditation by Barbara Mikhail; and finally, fellowship along with snacks and refreshments. The event also provided an opportunity for interested participants and hosts to sign up for Advent Small Groups. We thank everyone who helped organize the event and pray that God may bless us, empowering us to be courageous for Him in all we do.  To inquire about our next Movie Night, please email [email protected].
