From August 15-17, 2014, several of our counselors joined our Grade 3-6 kids for the 22nd annual Canadian Coptic Children Convention in Oakville at Sheridan College. This year’s theme was “Let’s Shout, Let’s Cheer. Victory is Near!” Activities included a great talent show presentation and soccer tournaments on professional soccer turf. Sharing in plenty of candy and fellowship with Fr. Daniel, the kids also enjoyed a Divine Liturgy and had an exciting and blessed time. The counselors held several preparation sessions for the children to memorize the convention material which led to many trophies and medals being won this year. God bless and reward everyone for their faithful service and labour of love.
