The church held its annual Pentecost Outreach Dinner on Sunday, June 23rd at Crown Banquet Hall in North York. The Africa themed night was led by the 2013 Kenya mission team who will be travelling in August, God willing, to spend approximately three weeks in Nairobi and Masseno, Kenya in service and spiritual building of our congregation there. The program included prayer,worship, musical presentations, slide show, and games. Fr. Pishoy shared a few words inspired from Acts 2 about the day of Pentecost where the Church was gathered together in one accord and in one place. Also, the diversity of Pentecost which is a vision of our church to continue ministering to every person from all nations, tribes, tongues, and languages. We were also blessed by the presence of many guests who joined us for the first time. It was a sincere night of praise, spiritual growth, and fellowship. May our Lord reward every one who laboured hard to make it a memorable night.
