On the evening of December 24th, SMSV held its 3rd Annual Caroling Sandwich Run. More than 30 servants gathered at Nathan Philip’s Square in downtown Toronto to bring the Good News of our Lord’s birth to all who wished to hear it. The carolers filled the streets with Christmas Worship songs and brought warm clothing, hot chocolate and chicken noodle soup to their brothers and sisters who sleep on the streets. Servants of all ages prayed with those who were in need and handed out Tim Horton’s gift cards donated by members of the congregation. It was a night of fellowship, love, a reminder that Jesus Christ came to bring peace on earth and good will towards men.
