Andrew Tadrouss
BIOGRAPHY
Andrew Tadrouss is lovingly married to Marina Tadrouss and is the proud father of three daughters, Simone (Simmie), Caleigh (Beanie), and Aleah (Lulu). He has been a member of the SMSV family since 2016 and looks forward to many more years as a member of the church, God willing.
During Andrew’s first few years at SMSV he was given the opportunity to participate in youth ministry and other short-term services. He has enjoyed his time spent with the youth on their retreats and the many friendly sports competitions in the gym.
Andrew is an entrepreneur and professional Real Estate Broker. He is involved with various projects such as spear heading construction projects, custom home building, land acquisition and rezoning, along with building commercial and residential investment portfolios.
Although Andrew is career driven, his real joy comes from quality time with his family and serving others. He is a strong believer that all blessings in life come from the good deeds done for others. He does not believe in coincidences, he believes that every opportunity to help another person is an opportunity given to us by God.
Andrew and his family cherish SMSV because of the endless love and service that its members have for Christ and one another. Serving SMSV through its board would be an incredible opportunity to humbly learn from others, better understand the internal operations of the church, bring forth new ideas and most importantly, it’s an opportunity to serve.
Andrew understands the importance of having the right board members in place in order to align with SMSV’s vision and efforts. There are many amazing and qualified members within the congregation and he prays that God may guide the congregation to vote according to His will.

VISION
I believe I can contribute to the mission and vision of the Church Board by better understanding the short and long term visions for SMSV and by dedicating time and effort in supporting the vision. I am a firm believer that SMSV is built on love and service while always keeping Christ as the focus. I also understand that with all the church services come financial responsibilities, building maintenance and a strong organizational system. I hope to contribute by providing assistance with all the above mentioned items so that church can continue to be a place of worship to many, a home to its congregation members, a tourist attraction to continue outreaching and a church I am proud to bring my family to love Christ.
IDEAS / SUGGESTIONS
I believe that SMSV has amazing leaders who constantly bring incredible ideas and are not afraid to think outside the box. As inflation continues to increase in Canada, many families are having a harder time making ends meet. I assume donations will, if they haven’t already, be affected. I would like to assist with long term plans to assist in bringing in revenue streams for the church. I also think that having a retreat centre for the church would be of great benefit – somewhere we as a congregation can meet for spiritual and enjoyable retreats. Other ideas would be to try and utilize existing space in the church, such as the kitchen or meeting rooms, to reach their potential.
