The church congregation held a beautiful picnic at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park on Monday, August 3, 2015 to celebrate Civic Day Long Weekend. The day started with an outdoor Divine Liturgy under a shelter where parishioners meditated on God’s amazing creation in nature. Following the Liturgy, everyone shared in a BBQ, fellowship and many activities. What made this outing extra special was the fact that it portrayed the ethnic as well as the generational diversity within our precious congregation. We are extremely blessed and honoured to be part of this amazing church family which is focused on spiritual growth as well as showing love, kindness and nurturing towards one another.
