The Sunday School Ministry focuses on building disciples of Jesus Christ, building fellowship, and a sense of community among children from a young age in order to grow confidently in their Christian Orthodox faith to face various challenges. This is developed through teaching children the principle elements of their Christian Orthodox faith and the practical applications of these principle elements.

ROOts
The structure of Roots ensures that the core principles of the church are taught and embraced: love, integration, and outreach. Through biblical lessons and spiritual fellowship, children learn the importance of loving God, loving others, loving oneself, inclusivity, reaching out to the community, respecting other cultures, and faithfully embracing our spiritual beliefs and traditions.

Summer Camp
SMSV Bible & Sports Camp is committed to providing children opportunities to enjoy new and challenging activities which encourage responsible behaviour and development of Christian life skills. Our ultimate focus is to develop in children an appreciation for our faith and the word of the Lord while also creating a loving and inclusive environment for all campers and staff.
