A Historical day of Biblical Proportions! We praise our Lord that a contract was signed on Sunday, October 6th with Bondfield Construction Company to build our Church and Community Centre. H.G. Bishop David presided over the Divine Liturgy in preparation for the ceremony. At the end of the Liturgy, all of our consultants,banker, and Mr. Ralph Aquino, CEO of Bondfield, arrived to the church for the signing ceremony. The program included a slide show tracing the progress of the church ministry since its initiation along with the purchase of the land. This was followed by introducing our guests, a picture tour of the project, a short word by Mr. George Millis of Bondfield, and a word by H.G. Bishop David. The contract was signed in the midst of the cheers of the congregation and a prayer for the successful completion of the project. Everyone shared in a catered brunch and congratulated one another for this joyful milestone. We pray that the church construction would be concluded by June 2015,Lord willing. We thank the Lord and our beloved congregation who have prayed, served, and contributed to start building the church. May our Lord bless His ministry for the glory of His holy name.
