DESCRIPTION:\nAs we approach the church board elections to be held on Sunday, March 5th, we are delighted to share the list of the nominees who have answered the call to represent the congregation over the next term. We thank God for 15 excellent members who have truly embraced SMSV’s vision and mission and are now ready to serve the congregation as board members.\n\nPlease take some time to familiarize yourself with the nominees at this link: https://smsv.ca/nominees/. The list is organized alphabetically by first name.\n\nThe deadline to receive objections on any of the nominees is Sunday, February 26th. You can email the nomination committee at boardelections@smsv.ca to submit your objections.\n\nElections will be held on March 5th following the Divine Liturgy in-person only with the presence of H.G. Bishop Archilids. Only church members will be permitted to cast their votes. Further instructions will be sent out next week, Lord willing.\n\nLet us pray together that the Lord would choose the board members who will continue serving the congregation and carrying forward our vision and mission.\n
