SMSV’s youth and counsellors received the blessing of spending the afternoon at St. John the Compassionate mission in downtown Toronto on Sunday, July 27th, 2014. They prepared, served and enjoyed dinner with members of the community who come to enjoy a meal in a welcoming atmosphere. Our volunteers sat, spoke and prayed with the men and women at the mission. The night ended with washing dishes, cleaning up the dining room and fellowship at Dairy Queen. May God continue to open doors for our youth to share the love of Christ with the people of Toronto.
